We offer the option of temporary employment with the client through a staffing agreement. The minimum duration of staff engagement is 6 months.
The worker enters an employment contract with our Agency and is assigned to the client according to the agreed terms.
The agreed salary and other working conditions (working hours, periods of rest and leave, insurance of safety measures at work, etc.) must not be set in an amount lower or less favorable than the salary and other working conditions if the worker had entered an employment contract directly with the client.
We provide all administrative and accounting employment-related services (pension and health insurance registration, calculation and payment of salaries and other income).
